Where do you deliver?
Currently we are sending our orders within West Malaysia.
Zone A - Car/Motor delivery within Klang Valley area (excluding certain areas)
Zone B : Shipping within West Malaysia excluding Zone A
For orders from Zone B, we will ship using ice box and ice packs for fresh/frozen items. We will ship from Monday to Thursday only in order to avoid any delays due to weekend.
If you see "Out of zone" after you check out, please contact us via FB messenger or email to double check your post code.
How long does it take for delivery?
Your order will be delivered via car/motor in batches or ship using courier service depending on your address. Generally it will take 2~5 working days to reach your place depending on your area and also courier service company. For outside of Klang Valley, please bear in mind that we post only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for fresh items.
Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).
Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the car/motor delivery in batches, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
How much is the delivery fee?
Zone A : We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 8 for all standard shipping within Zone A delivery area mentioned above, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and tax. For Zone A, you will get FREE delivery if you purchase RM 100 or above.
Zone B : We ship using ice box and ice packs for fresh/frozen items. We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 20 for all shipping within Zone B, regardless of weight or size of the parcel. For Zone B, you will get FREE delivery if you purchase RM 200 or above.
How can I check the shipment status?
You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.
Do you provide self pickup service?
Yes. You can choose "Self Pickup" and choose the date and timing when check out. You can choose between Monday to Saturday 10AM~4PM excluding public holiday. (Self pick up location will be indicated when you click “Self pick up” at check out.)
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on filing incident report to courier company. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
